In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service offered by rpp77. This is a strict minimum. rpp77 operates an adult-only platform and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is primarily designed for and marketed to adult residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting services is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.

2.3 Sole Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. rpp77 makes no warranty or representation that accessing the Platform is legal in your specific location. rpp77 shall bear no liability if you access the Platform in breach of any applicable law.

2.4 Exclusions. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) current employees, directors, officers, or agents of rpp77; (c) immediate family members of the above; (d) any person who has been previously self-excluded or whose account has been permanently closed by rpp77 for breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements. To open an account with rpp77, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid email address, a secure password, your legal full name, and your date of birth. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your membership.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one active rpp77 account. Registration of duplicate or additional accounts, whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, or IP address, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 KYC Verification. Before any withdrawal is processed and, at rpp77's discretion, before any deposit above a specified threshold is accepted, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process. This process requires submission of:

• A clear, unedited photograph or scanned image of your Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP — Indonesian national identity card), showing all four corners;
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document confirming your residential address (dated within the previous three months); and
• A selfie photograph of you holding your KTP beside your face, taken on request.

3.4 Verification Timeframe. rpp77 aims to complete KYC review within 1–24 hours of receiving a complete, legible document submission. Incomplete or unclear documents will be returned for resubmission, which will reset the review clock.

3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rpp77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify rpp77 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

3.6 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the rpp77 support team. All eligible pending withdrawals will be processed prior to account closure. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. rpp77 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and the digital e-wallets OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions. rpp77 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via BCA, BRI, and Mandiri are typically credited to your account within five minutes during standard banking hours (WIB). Deposits made outside standard banking hours or during Indonesian national holidays may be subject to delays of up to 24 hours.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to Members who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet account registered in your verified legal name. rpp77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. rpp77 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes to 1 hour for verified accounts during operational hours (WIB). Requests submitted outside operational hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operational period.

4.6 Transaction Fees. rpp77 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may independently levy transfer fees; rpp77 accepts no liability for such third-party charges.

4.7 Source of Funds. By depositing, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised account holder for the payment method used. rpp77 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to eligible Members who meet the specific qualifying criteria stated in each promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are available to Indonesian residents who have completed KYC verification and made at least one qualifying deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly at the time the promotion is offered. Unless the individual promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on rpp77 bonus funds is 10x the bonus amount. Wagers placed on games with an RTP above 97% or bets with odds below 1.50 may not contribute toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Validity. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and associated free bets expire 7 calendar days from the date of issuance. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

5.4 One Bonus Per Transaction. Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Claiming a new promotion while a prior bonus remains active and uncleared is not permitted without first forfeiting the existing bonus.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. rpp77 monitors betting patterns for indicators of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, collusive bet placement across multiple accounts, and irregular staking patterns inconsistent with recreational play. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, rpp77 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, recover any withdrawn bonus funds, and close the Member's account permanently.

5.6 Changes to Promotions. rpp77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not apply retroactively to bonus funds already credited to a Member's account.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are accepted subject to rpp77's applicable product-specific rules, which are published on the Platform. rpp77 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. rpp77 may adjust stake limits for individual Members or across the Platform at any time in response to risk management requirements.

6.3 Obvious Errors. rpp77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that were clearly erroneous as a result of a manifest pricing error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's account in full.

6.4 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and data-feed availability. rpp77 will not be liable for bets that could not be placed due to connection interruptions beyond its reasonable control. Bets already confirmed prior to any interruption remain valid.

6.5 Void Events. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or otherwise fails to produce a valid result, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned unless rpp77's specific sport rules state otherwise. Accumulator bets (*mix parlay*, the multi-leg accumulator format popular among Indonesian football bettors) will have the voided selection treated as a non-runner and the accumulator recalculated accordingly.

6.6 Casino & Live Casino Games. All casino and live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics streamed in real time from professional studios. Game results are final once the round has concluded and cannot be reversed unless a demonstrable technical fault is confirmed by rpp77's technical team.

6.7 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on the Platform use independently verified draw mechanisms. Draw times are published in advance in WIB. Results are final once announced. No claims against draw results will be entertained after 24 hours from the official result publication.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rpp77 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy, agent, or third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using the Platform with funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or that are subject to any legal restriction;
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities deliberately and knowingly;
• Colluding with other Members, including through chip-dumping in poker or live casino formats;
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties, whether as a commercial agent or otherwise;
• Engaging in systematic bonus arbitrage or value-extraction strategies inconsistent with genuine recreational play; and
• Any attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform's technology infrastructure.

7.2 rpp77 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Where fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected, rpp77 will freeze the affected account, preserve all relevant records, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Member.

8.1 All content on the rpp77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, text, graphics, photographs, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of rpp77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without rpp77's prior written consent.

8.3 Any unauthorised use of rpp77's intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and legal action to recover damages.

9.1 Platform Availability. rpp77 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. rpp77 will not be liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from such interruptions.

9.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rpp77's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their rpp77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. rpp77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses — including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational damage — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.

9.4 Member's Own Risk. You acknowledge that online betting carries inherent financial risk and that all betting decisions are made by you independently. rpp77 does not provide betting advice or investment guidance. You accept full responsibility for all bets placed and all outcomes resulting therefrom.

10.1 rpp77 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

10.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

10.3 rpp77 employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal data during transmission and storage. rpp77 does not sell, lease, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

11.1 rpp77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rpp77 will provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

11.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

11.3 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at https://rpp77.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision took effect.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpp77 holds its operating licence. To the extent applicable and not inconsistent with that governing law, the parties also acknowledge the consumer protection principles applicable to Indonesian residents.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, you should first contact rpp77's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. rpp77 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.

12.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the support channel, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

12.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding against rpp77.
